To get E&O Insurance through Protective Life, you must be "contracted" with them first.

Step 1: Fill out the Accelerator Normal Agent Contract 6.1.06.pdf Application and fax it to 412-747-7778.

Step 2: After your fax is received, you will be notified by EBS. Please wait to hear from EBS before Continuing to Step 2.
